X reacts to Liverpool thrashing Chelsea in the Premier League

Liverpool were the big winners over Chelsea in the Premier League on Wednesday night, putting down another marker as Jurgen Klopp's farewell tour continues.

Diogo Jota and teenage talent Conor Bradley gave the Reds a first half lead, which increased further when Dominik Szoboszlai scored a third midway through the second half. Christopher Nkunku did pull a goal back for Chelsea, but it was only brief respite before Luis Diaz got Liverpool's fourth.

Obviously, people on X, formerly Twitter, had a field day.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has hit back at a recent suggestion from Gary Neville that his team are " boring " to watch because everything is a little too perfect. Ex-Manchester United captain turned leading Sky Sports pundit Neville explained on his Stick to Football podcast he simply wasn't compelled to tune in when City faced Copenhagen in the Champions League last 16 in midweek.
